Delivery & Returns
1. Shipping your orders
Each ORRAE piece is carefully crafted and assembled in my workshop.
Before shipping, each light fixture is checked, cleaned and carefully packaged to ensure optimal protection during transport.
Packages are shipped from Belgium via reliable carriers specialising in the delivery of fragile items (bpost, DPD, PostNL or others, depending on the format).
A tracking number is provided upon shipment.
2. Processing and delivery times
Orders are prepared and shipped within 3 to 7 working days (except for items made to order).
Delivery times generally vary from 2 to 5 working days depending on the delivery location.
For custom-made or pre-ordered items, a specific delivery time is indicated at the time of ordering.
In the event of a delay beyond my control (carrier, exceptional circumstances), I undertake to keep you personally informed.
3. Delivery costs
Delivery costs are calculated automatically at the time of payment, based on the weight, volume and destination of the parcel.
They are clearly displayed before the order is confirmed.
Delivery is free above a certain amount (where applicable).
4. Receipt of the parcel
Upon receipt, please check the condition of the parcel.
If you notice any visible damage, report it immediately to the carrier and contact me within 48 hours at:

Each case will be examined with care in order to find the most appropriate solution (replacement, repair or refund).
5. Returns and right of withdrawal
In accordance with Belgian law, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.
To exercise this right:
Contact me before returning any items.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and carefully packaged to ensure safe transport.
Return costs are the responsibility of the purchaser (except in the case of an error on my part or a proven defect).
Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
6. Refunds
Once the product has been returned and checked, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method used for the order.
The refunded amount will correspond to the price of the item, excluding initial shipping costs (except in the case of a delivery error).
