Shipping your orders
The legitimate question everyone asks when purchasing a fragile product such as ceramics is, ‘Will my package arrive in good condition?’
In order to guarantee the safest possible shipment, here are a few important points to share with you:

Thick, sturdy cardboard.

Protective insert between ceramic pieces to prevent them from knocking together.

Light suspension fully wrapped in protective foam film.

Light suspension secured in the box with cardboard flakes to prevent it from moving around inside the box and protect it from any impacts.

Box securely closed.

‘FRAGILE’ label clearly visible.
