Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Preamble
These terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales made via the website www.orrae.com (or any other address associated with ORRAE).
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions without reservation.

3. Products
The lighting fixtures and ceramic objects presented on the website are handcrafted.
Each piece is unique and may vary slightly in shape, colour or texture from the photos.
These differences cannot be considered defects, but rather marks of character specific to craftsmanship.
The photographs and descriptions are for information purposes only and are not contractually binding.

4. Prices
Prices are quoted in euros (€) and include all taxes (VAT included).
Delivery costs are not included in the prices indicated and are specified when the order is confirmed.
ORRAE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products are invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time of the order.

5. Ordering
Any order placed on the website constitutes a firm and definitive commitment.
Once the order has been confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer.
ORRAE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a dispute with the customer or non-payment of a previous order.

6. Payment
Payment is made online via the secure payment solutions offered on the website (credit cards, PayPal, etc.).
Payments are fully secured by the payment service providers.
The order is only considered final after payment has been validated.

7. Delivery
Deliveries are made in Belgium (and possibly in other countries, depending on the options specified on the website).
Each parcel is carefully packaged to ensure the best possible protection during transport.
Delivery times are given as an indication only. ORRAE cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers.
In the event of damage upon receipt, the customer must immediately inform the carrier and contact ORRAE within 48 hours.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with Belgian law, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, except in cases provided for by law (custom-made or personalised products).
Returns must be notified by email before shipment.
Products must be returned in their original condition and in suitable packaging.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on the part of ORRAE.
After receipt and verification of the product, a refund will be made within 14 days.

9. Guarantees
The products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects in accordance with Belgian law.
Any guarantee claim must be sent by email and accompanied by photos and the order number.

10. Liability
ORRAE cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the product or non-compliant installation.
The customer is responsible for complying with the electrical standards in force when installing the light fittings.

11. Personal data
The data collected during orders is necessary for their processing and follow-up.
It is never resold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
The customer has the right to access, rectify and delete this data by writing to the email address or via the contact form.

12. Applicable law and disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law.

In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable solution, the courts of the district where the company's registered office is located shall have jurisdiction.
